More photos from camp that I forgot about.
A tree ghost town!
When we were on the sand dunes for our last activity on our last day. Majority of my group walked really far in (more than 100m +) until it lead to a forest-like community of severaly types of plants, trees and matter.
There was a story/myth which the natives told; if you walked in far enough, you would reach a fresh water lake/river. One girl in our group (Bonnie) was highly determined to find this fresh water, and led us in so deep that we had trouble getting out (because it was a maze with trees) till eventually the teacher started calling out to us to track us down.
He (yep, sea cucumber/flower guy) led us in a little further until we could smell a foul swamp.
NO FRESH WATER WAS FOUND.
Anyway, I took this on the way in because I thought it looked interesting and spooky.. haha.
None of these trees had a single leaf on them.
Most of us got scratched by those trees, because it was the only way through to "find" the fresh water..

I will be more inactive now, due to assessment piling up on me already... (and it's only the second day BACK, for term 2.)
